Normally my blog posts are on topics such as politics, entertainment, sports, etc. But today I am going to share with you the most amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe in the entire world. This recipe isn’t the easiest but it is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe in the world. Therefore without further ado lets get started.
You will need the following ingredients:
2 cups flour (1/4 cup less if not in high altitude, like I am)
1/2 t. baking soda
14 T. butter (divided)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed dark brown sugar (not light brown!)
1/2 t. salt (1 t. if using unsalted butter)
1 T. vanilla
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 1/3 c. bittersweet chocolate chips (60%)
